What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. load test1.html - 'BlitzMap' is undefined 
2. load test2.html, click on 'Generate KML' button - Unable to get property 
'length' of undefined or null reference
3. load test3.html - 'BlitzMap' is undefined 


What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
Working example with no errors. Map not displayed in test1.html or test3.html, 
test2.html encounters a javascript error.

KML coordinates are lng,lat,[altitude]
                                                                                                        xw.writeString( result.overlays[i].paths[j][k].lat + "," + result.overlays[i].paths[j][k].lng + ",0" );

should be:
                                                                                                        xw.writeString( result.overlays[i].paths[j][k].lng + "," + result.overlays[i].paths[j][k].lat + ",0" );

for both polylines and polygons
