still desperately trying to persuade lcd to add hmpr bit 5&6 support for his pc program bmp2scr which coudl do with interlaced mode 3 with 16 colours per scan line though naturally the replay program would need to be situated in external ram

hi Tom did you know that if you run your code in the external 1mb ram interface it will run at the full 6mhz? we've got a zx spectrum emulator running 48k and one 128k zx spectrum programs at full 6mhz too it's called snapper disk o the velesoft website....
