cssomtools's Issues

Should parse() support Constructable Stylesheets if the browser has them?

import cssomtools from 'https://unpkg.com/cssomtools'

let parse

try {
  new CSSStyleSheet().replaceSync('')

  parse = (string = '') => {
    const css = new CSSStyleSheet()
    css.replaceSync(string)
    return css
  }
} catch (browsersWithoutConstructableStylesheets) {
  parse = cssomtools.parse
}

I wonder if there's a way to feature detect whether that browser supports new CSSSyleSheet and whether or not there is a replaceSync() method on the CSSStyleSheet objects in that environment, and if so using them instead of the original method, which should now be considered a fallback for browsers without Constructable Stylesheets.

Is ^ this code the best way to test and accommodate something like that or is there a better way to check these two things?
