Unable to Deploy this sample to Azure using VS 2019

Hi @tomorgan ,
Thanks for this tutorial, I have been trying to follow it and set up this bot as a starting point to use communications API. I performed the following steps

  1. Download the source code
  2. Open it in VS 2019
  3. Clean and Build a Release version
  4. However, when I try to do a "Publish" from VS 2019, It doesn't let me publish it.. bcos when I click on Publish Azure App Service (Windows) it doesn't move forward..

Note that I have deployed basic bots to azure before using the VS 2019 Publish button, only issue I am facing is in deploying this sample.. Please share if you have any inputs which will help me publish this Bot to Azure and I can continue with Bot Registration and use it in Teams..
