How to config nginx and how to setup users of lync

Hello,I'm defenitely a beginner of these stuff, but I do like your project and idea.
When I was trying to deploy it to my webpage,I met up with problems as following:
1.I'm running a nginx.exe as the http/https server on an linux OS computer for the online-chat webpage(I'm sure the js/html are alright 'cos they're just duplications of your example).but how do I config the nginx,do I need an extra server for Microsoft Lync
2.From what you've shown on your example video, the whole system seems to be working in this way:
user1----use lync as client-------connect to chat server------chat server recognize user1 as helper---------chat server hosts chat webpage------user2 pop in
here comes another problem, how do I setup users,user2 may be anonymous with random name/id,how about user1,where do I setup his profile,on the chat server?most likely. Then where is the entry of doing this?
I strongly suspect there is another programme which supports the lync apart from webhosting nginx. if it were so,would it have a linux OS version.
