Flaky tests

Tests will fail sometimes because they're all trying to write to git at the same time. They should either run in serial or wait until a git lock file is no longer present.

Smart file count

Files that are larger than 1900000 bytes are chunked into multiple uploads, inflating the file upload per deploy count.

It seems that 200 is a good limit for upload count (my deploy just failed at 207), but it must take into account file chunking.

Therefore, this package's file count should take into file sizes as well.
