cacert.pem in htmlToText

Hi Tony,

#31 and #32 of your Blog-Reference-Function htmlToText
if(!file.exists("cacert.perm")) download.file(url="http://curl.haxx.se/ca/cacert.pem", destfile="cacert.perm") return(getURL(input, followlocation = TRUE, cainfo = "cacert.perm"))
refer to "cacert.peRm" and I was wondering whether this needs to be edited to "cacert.pem" instead.

Possible to retain newlines

Dear Tony,

I was wondering whether it is possible to retain the 'newlines' in the original html file. Right now, most of the separate lines are concatenated.
