Today's implementation only allows split on exact card match.
This is wrong. All faced cards and 10's should be treated as 10 and being "splittable".

If dealers first card is a 10 or face card and second is an ace it should be treated as a Black Jack and dealer should immediately win.

Update with missing split state.

Allow the player to surrender a hand, (get half of the bet back), if the dealers initial card are really good and yours sucks.

Give the player the option to add an insurance if the dealers first card is an ace.
