mon-get-stats is obsolete and not available anymore. Should use aws-cli instead.

This here are the necessary changes to ec2_cpucreditbalance (only the stats=-line was replaced):

Uses "jq" (as in: "apt install jq"). Also "aws" ("apt install awscli")

Also note, that the aws-credentials handling has to be done differently, for instance. I solved it by putting the "credentials" and the "config" file into /var/lib/munin/.aws/
