touch awesome_page.md created file

mv awesome_page.md phase-0-gps-1/ moved file to phase-0-gps

git add awesome_page.md put file into staging to be commited

git status checked the stauts of the staged file

git commit -m "created awesome page" commited the staged file with meaningful message

git push origin master pushed our file to the master branch in github

git branch add-command-log added a branch

git checkout add-command-log moved into the created branch
