Cache to elimitate multiple scan of packages on the server. 
1. Option which enables/disables cache system 
2. When multiple systems are used on the command line the cache system should 
be activated automatically 

possibility to exec command during the police sync procedure

command on a remote server.

I should have a specific directive to specify a subset of remote systems like 
'all'.

example:

police check all
police check rhel-6
police cmd 'yum -y update' rhel-6

Associate with this a 'list subcommand' will help us to view all afected remote 
systems.

police list all
police list rhel-6

The archive prepared by ksconfig doesn't contains metadata describing the 
directory structure.
