Apply Rebranding

Describe the feature request

As a platform maintainer i want to keep all information about tracetronic up to date

Support python 3.8 to 3.13

Describe the feature request

At this moment the only working python version is the old python 3.9 - we need a python 3.12 supporting version.

Upstream changes

  • Update poetry file
  • enable matrix executions for all supported python versions

Acceptance criteria

  • python 3.8-3.13 can be used
  • tests still working
  • update documentation

add pipeline traceability data

As a CXS member I want to get the necessary metadata from the CI to test.guide.
