php-fpm and permission denied about docker-php-nginx

That's a strange issue, I can't reproduce it. When I run the command I can successfully view the PHP Info page;

$ docker run -p 8001:8080 trafex/alpine-nginx-php7:1.10.0

There should be something different on your host system.
Is this on Linux? What distro?
Are there any restrictions on your system? Like that you can't run root or sudo actions for example?
Can you share the output of docker info?
