setup scripts fails

Setup script fails with the following error:

error: file '/home/pi/zmq/easy_py_messaging-master/easy_py_messaging/bin/listening' does not exist

Update the docs to conform to reality.

I waited until github and pypi were operating properly so I could use the final
file and directory names in the documentation.
Now is the time to finalize the documentation! Yeah!!! :)
