A small tool for managing Git plugins in Vim's native package directories.

Run this from the project directory:

python3 -m pip install -e .

vpkg list
vpkg update
vpkg update vimwiki
vpkg update vimwiki darcula

By default, vpkg manages:

~/.vim/pack/managed/start
~/.vim/pack/managed/opt

You can specify another directory using an environment variable or command-line option:

VIM_PACK_ROOT=/path/to/managed vpkg list
vpkg --root /path/to/managed list

When updating plugins, vpkg skips repositories with local changes and uses git pull --ff-only to avoid creating automatic merge commits.
