bbsrdm's Issues

FI == negative == NOT GOOD

Fisher Information is saving results that are negative.

This should be impossible when calculating using Equation 7.12, because here FI = d2sdt2^4/dsdt^2...

Potential issues located in (test in this order):

• regimeDetectionMeasures::calculate_FI
• regimeDetectionMeasures::rdm_window_analysis
• bbsRDM::calculateMetrics
• bbsRDM elsewhere

Unable to install

I'm trying to get the package to install. It builds with R cmd Check, but when trying to build otherwise returns an error that package dplyr is not available. Not sure what is going on will try to sort it out.

Update code for getSpNames -- currently long-winded

• Replace the script for downloading from URL and munging in the function getSpNames with the text that is currently in getSppListBBS.
• Ensure that the import RETAINS LEADING ZEROES ON THE AOU NUMERIC CODES!!
• Remove getSppListBBS after completing ^

Install error on Windows (R version issue with unpacking pkg colorspace)

When installing regimeDetectionMeasures on R v 3.5.X the package fails to unzip (I think..) colorspace

This works on older versions of R, and on Mac IOS.

At the moment this is a big issue because if regimeDetectionMeasures is not updated, then the function rdm_window_analysis() is out of date. To ameliorate this issue, I have added a function in the R directory called, regimeDetectionMeasuresTEMP, and will continue to call this until issue resolved.

add mass parameter

where mass == TRUE downloads dunning body mass data and appends to df and filters by x mass

Import 'speciesList.txt' and incorporate in filter

• Import the species list from BBS FTP
• Provide argument and code for filtering by species name

Add option to remove cryptic/nocturnal/rare spp in `subsetByAOU`

subsetByAOU should have the option for removing more taxa
