Signup not working

Hi, I am new to node so there might be something basic that I am missing. When I click on "Create Account " button from the signup page I get this in the browser console:

POST http://localhost:3100/signup 400 (Bad Request)

I looked into the code and it seems the callback for passport authenticate(for login-signup) is not getting called as there is console.log('Inside call back'); which is not getting printed on the console.

Improve NavBar on Login Page

Current Navigation Bar on the login page transcends text in front of the background.

This change will keep focus for the background in the back, navbar in the top, and login in the center.

Boostrap supports themes for the NavBar.

No need for so many info at signup

I think that there is to much infos to enter for a user to register.
It make the development of the signup logic painful.
I can remove some fields to keep the essential: email, username, password.
@treyhboy what do you think?

I want to help you by improving User Interface🎏

🐞 Problem
I saw Your Website or I thought that I can improve its user interface, there I can make a lot of changes in it now...πŸŽ—

🎯 Goal
And this change will be very helpful for you , by changing this thing, your website will start looking user friendly, whoever will visit your website , will going to feel that what a cool website.

πŸ’‘ Possible solutions
we can change the navbar styling by adding day and night theme.πŸ‘Œ
We can change the background color in linear gradient color.
we can make changes in fonts and the styling of text.

I will be really happy if you can make this changes in the website.

Thank you.😊

Import financial data [functionality]

This will cover the functionality of the task.

Navigation item that will allow importing past and current financial data records.

Such records would include bank statements for previous months/years.

Launching not working

I wanted to help with the UI so i cloned the repo but I am finding that their is a lot of problems when trying to launch, for example when I "npm start" it, it said cannot import if not in a module. I was able to fix that by by "npm install", this is all in the server.js file. Then when I went to "npm start" again it came back saying app.use is not a function, which is correct. Where it is first declared in the file it is a variable, const app = express. I tried changing it to a function but it did not work. I can keep going adding it but I do not want to make so many changes in these files that when I go to merge it does not pan out with the original.. Help plzs...

Thanks...
