An attempt to Port jQuery usages in Semantic-ui to Vue. I tried to implement in a way so that the HTML/css/interaction produced is as similar to what semantic-ui produces. Meaning I tried to mimic, not only the css classes, but also event handling and animations of semantic-ui.
