Currently every url is hardcoded using env variables would make it much easier to selfhost ascella

• Write a api lib that detects the backend url using a env variable + make it easy maintainable
• Use docker for everything, i wont do this but if someone wants to write this be my guest
• use swagger/openapi although it would be very hard and time consuming to add
