Questions about the evaluation

Hi, Trigeorgis.
Thank you for sharing your code.
I have a few questions about evaluation.

  1. In mmi_smile.pkl, there are five types of labels (0, 1, 2, 3, -1) though four types in the paper.
    What does -1 mean? This label seems to be ignored in evaluation.py
  2. In demo.ipynb, 55 pairs including those which have the same sequences, are evaluated.
    I think if j < i: continue in training cell should be if j <= i: continue.
  3. In evaluation.py, there is an unnecessary if statement.
    This condition never be True in my environment because res[0] has empty set even in the case. I think this should beif i not in src or i not in dst:

I would be grateful if you could give me some information.
Thanks a lot.
