Allow and enforce CVTerms for biomaterial property values about tripal_analysis_expression

the Chado biomaterialprop table:

in thinking about how we would want to implement it…. there would have to be an additional column in the prop table for value_cvterm

(but keep the value column for prop values without cvterms? Sometimes the prop is something stupid like “lab organization” and the university name doesnt need to be a cvterm)

alternatively you’d make a separate table for biomaterialpropvalues ? That would take the biomaterialprop_id foreign key and include the cvterm info for the value
