Errors with Core_Plugin_ProcessManager about tripal_blast

This is likely a problem with the PHPDaemon library -due to a version change? The Tripal Daemon seems to cache things when it gets started, so you may just be seeing the effects of changes made weeks ago. What version of the PHPDaemon library do you have? It needs to be 2.0 as we don't support newer versions...

How can I tell what version of PHP-Daemon Library I have? I am pretty sure I have not changed it since I first installed it, but I did update drushd a month or so ago to 7.x-2.3

Unfortunately it's difficult to tell. I was hoping you'd remember... Anyway, I went digging and it's definitely the version of your PHP-Daemon library. If you look at version 2.0 there is no PHP-Daemon/Core/Plugin/ProcessManager.php file: https://github.com/shaneharter/PHP-Daemon/tree/v2.0/Core/Plugin. Try re-downloading the library using the 2.0 tag (https://github.com/shaneharter/PHP-Daemon/releases). Fingers crossed that fixes it for you!

OMG! Turns out one of by drives was out of space. I forgot that my /var was on a separate drive from all of my other files. My friend and IT guru figured it out. But you are right, I have the current version of the library from the github repo. I downloaded the tar from the main page when I installed it a few years ago. Should I replace it with 2.0? This version has working just fine (as long as I have space to write files).
