Cloned ZFS datasets can legitimately be compared against snapshots of their parents, but zfs_snapshot_tar is not sufficiently flexible in the options it will accept to allow this behaviour. We should add a new option, -e, which triggers an explicit mode. If this option is used, both positional arguments will now be interpreted as a fully qualified dataset@snapshot name.

Add a LICENSE file (and source comment blocks) to reflect the license under which this code is distributed.

This program should use the enhanced umem allocator library. It should also be ::findleaks clean, by freeing everything on exit.
