Backup strategy development

Develop a backup strategy in case of disk / other failure

`gluetun` does not have enough time to start up

gluetun does not have enough time to start up with the 2 seconds that qbit currently sleeps.

Nextcloud JavaScript support check warning

What happened:

Nextcloud Security & setup warnings page currently throws an error about being unable to check for JavaScript support.

Could not check for JavaScript support. Please check manually if your webserver serves .mjs files using the JavaScript MIME type.

Likely related to the hostname entry in the docker compose file.

What I expected to happen

No errors in the Nextcloud Security & setup warnings page

`postgres` should not write db to remote location

postgres should not write db to remote location. It should instead use a local dir that is backed up to remote.
