When a numbered message called for is not found,
'xmitmsg' should emit an 814 error via xmprint().

This issue will probably be fixed at the same time as issue #1
because both of them affect the same area of the 'xmitmsg' source.

The 'xmitmsg' program should write all successful messages to stdout.
As it is, it uses xmprint() which writes to stderr for "E" or higher severity levels.

'xmitmsg' should call xmmake() and then simply printf().
