This is different from a proto (which is a nicely grouped json format). It relates to the binary format where many nmbers are not grouped

e.g. team colors are out of order:

tslint and clang-format contradict each other on some minor points.

• clang: {a: 'b'}, tslint: { a: 'b' }
• tslint only: No more than one blank line

We should either:

1. Configure them so they don't contradict
2. Use Prettier

The read operation on ZeroPaddedArray works, but the write value does not pad out the remaining entries as zeros.

Need to find a way to get the entry size (maybe pass in as a parameter) to write the correct amount of bytes.
