The main objective of our project is to help people deal with anxiety and mild mental health issues which almost everyone is undergoing in these tough times. Our website shall help people find useful resources be it music, articles and can also book their appointment if they need. It shall help people regularly test their mental well-being by taking the self-assessment and thus, will help them keep a check on their thoughts.
