In the outer style "plain" the footnotes overlap with the footline.

Problem: The footline is moved higher (\vspace{-1cm}) for the outer=sidebar such that the sidebar goes from top to bottom. In outer=sidebar it is no problem because only the page numbers are printed (aligned right such that it does not overlap with footnotes). But in outer=plain it overlaps with the footline because it spreads over the whole linewidth (contains date, author and page).

Problem: Titlepage measures are a mess. It is easier to handle 1cm than 0.1/textwidth, especially the size and position of the logo(s) can be easier aligned to the CD. However, it should not break 16:9 page layouts.
