No getIaxRegistry command

There is no way to pull the IAX2 registry information, like you can with peers and getSipRegistry.

getExtensionState - foreach

It looks like there is something wrong with the object getExtensionState:

$status=$shift8->getExtensionState('100','from-internal');
echo $status->status;

You get:
PHP Notice: Trying to get property of non-object

Broken link on read me file

Hi,

The link on the read me file is broken.

Issues with DBDel and DBPut in Shift8.php

Had some issues using DBDel and DBPut so I'm providing a patch that worked for me. Not entirely sure this is the correct fix though. Other functions may have the same issue. These were the 2 I was using for this project.
