unexpected behaviour when calling update() on object. about simple-php-framework

i solved the issue. Somehow the 'id' column was added to my constructor:

class ShoppingCartItem extends DBObject {
    public function __construct($id = null) {
        parent::__construct('shopping_cart_items', array(
           'id',   /// <---- remove 
           'nid',
            'cart_nid',
            'product_nid',
            'quantity',
            'is_deleted'
        ), $id);
    }
    // Additional methods related to ShoppingCartItem can be added here
}

removing it solved the issue. I can't be certain, but i think copilot added it in there :P
