Add git and release management commands. Use (https://docs.cocogitto.io/)[cocogitto] to allow for:

• just commit <type> <title> <scope>
• just issue <subcommand> (instead of options like --close)

• just issue close should also git merge --sqaush into trunk and delete the local branch
• just release should add to the changelog, commit those changes, and bump the version for release
• add just issue edit

It would be nice to be able to fetch the dev environment for a particular language by downloading the files in a folder on GitHub. In order to do this, the generated files need to be tracked, so that the user doesn't have to have to have the build tools installed or create the environment themselves.

Create something like: src/c, src/python, and build/c, build/python and have a pre-commit task that generates the build files?
