We're getting connection failures when trying to connect via a GUI client using localhost as the host.

Add another dockerfile in order to build images with the MySQL server version 8.

Sometimes the build process is failing during the step of importing the gpg key for the public MySQL server repository. Below you can find the corresponding part of the logs.
