Make Public And Pin?

I think that this is in great looking shape, and that we can make it visible to members of the org. Should we make it public?

After doing so, should we pin it? This will make it such that when people land on the Org page, they will see the README repo and will have to face it at least one (and actually every time...).

If we don't promote it in some way, I think that folks might not see it.
