Update README

Need to update instructions for obtaining CSV; update PubMed screenshot

No visible output

The JAR appears to run as expected with a gene2pubmed file downloaded today (Sep 28 2020) and a CSV of the first 10,000 citations from a PubMed search of "heart failure". The trends output file is created but contains only its header. The other two output files are not created.

In short, it looks like no gene frequencies are produced. Perhaps something is failing (silently) at gene annotation? Is gene2pubmed just completely out of date?
