Adding Content for HTML

I want to add HTML notes which will be short and concise.

Enhancement: Allow sections to be expanded by clicking on highlighted section

I have a proposed enhancement for the C++ and OOP pages, to allow users to expand sections by clicking on the highlighted section rather in addition to clicking on the arrow. I feel it is more intuitive for first-time users; also because the highlighting of the section makes the user think that it is a clickable element. See images below:

After going through The Checklist website I realized that after opning particular section there is no any back option ,
For example If I open C++ basics page and I want to back to home Page then there is no option for it
So will you assign me this issue so I can work on it using simple HTML , CSS and JavaScript
