When moving a window with 200% scaling settings, a window "jumps" to its 2x coordinates and starts moving. When using kwin the window starts moving in its original position, but the mouse cursor "jumps" to its 2x coordinates.

Only present in UKUI app windows like the control panel.

Building on Fedora 32

Dependencies have been installed (via ./autogen.sh nitpicking)
