check django-allauth views

Make seprate topbar template and include in the main view (to be present always). Include user context.

0. increment counter on each view hit

pros: dead simple
cons: counts each and every hit, so multiple times the same people

In fact looks like github is doing that for insights/traffic, so it may be not very stupid idea

1. cookie based on user side

pros: counts people from inside the same network separately
cons: cookies may be lost, may count many times the same person from different borwsers / private sessions, easy to cheat

2. IP based (like https://dev.to/coderasha/how-to-track-number-of-hits-views-for-chosen-objects-in-django-django-packages-series-2-3bcb)

pros: ready to use lib, harder to cheat
cons: do not count people from the same network (public IP)

for big load, counter may be incremented statistically (by random factor and then total number * 1/factor)
