After running Populate From Sprite Sheet, Ovierride Sprite's Sprite on GUI was correctly changed, and other changes that should be made were not changed

“Populate From Sprite Sheet”(red) in RuleOverrideTile's Context Menu can't work right.
It only change the override sprite's sprites(blue), did not override the rule tile correctly.

I do not understand what you mean unfortunately.
Please share all the differences that you are seeing and include all the input Spritesheets as well. Populate from Sprite Sheet matches by the names of the Sprites, so please do include the name of all the Sprites as well.
