Unity 2019.3+ errors

Can't seem to set the version of the render pipelines below 7.1 in the package manager making the project fail with missing references to UnityEditor.ShaderGraph.Internal.

Any ideas on how to upgrade it to a more stable version of Unity ?

Invalid UTF8 String

After import the StandardStochasticShaderGUI gives INVALID_UTF8_STRING

Version Unity 2022.3.19f1

Using this in 2022.3.19f1 completely breaks the editor with non-backwards compatible namespaces etc (thanks Unity). Needs to be updated

Can't get it to work

Install Lightweight RP via package manager (v.6.9.0)
Create new project with Unity (2019.2.6f1)
Create LW Asset
Quit Unity
Copy files from this repo to project root as per Readme
Edit manifest and add line there as per Readme
Launch Unity and run into 12 errors

Sample:
Library\PackageCache\[email protected]\Editor\ShaderGraph\LightWeightSpriteUnlitSubShader.cs(179,97): error CS0117: 'ShaderGeneratorNames' does not contain a definition for 'TimeParameters'

How can this be fixed?

Unity 5.6.6. Windows, A not very good video card.
