The dumb OCaml key-value store

Cf. src/test.ml for some examples and src/db.mli for the interface and documentation. The most generic version of the store ('a key to 'a value) is in src/db_gen.mli.

dokeysto's Issues

should be parametrized by a module to be more generic

the user-provided module must provide:

string_of_key: 'a -> string
string_of_value: 'b -> string
value_of_string: string -> 'b

bug in uncompress

double buffer size in case uncompress fails.

If the DB is RO: then hide some functions.
If the DB is RW: show all functions.
Plus, add there is a Z version of the DB (may compress) and a non Z (never compress).

dokeysto:

• provides Db.RW and Db.RO

dokeysto-lz4:

• provides Db.RWLZ4 and Db.ROLZ4

dokeysto-z:

• provides Db.RWZ and Db.ROZ

dokeysto should install everywhere.
dokeysto-lz4 should install where lz4 is available.
dokeysto-z should install almost everywhere (zlib-dev is needed)
