A persistent hash table OCaml library

Just a thin layer on top of the dbm library (dbm in opam) to give access to a module which provides a subset of the functionalities of the stdlib's Hashtbl module.

• lmdb <- not in opam; interface looks overly complex

• hdf5 <- installs in opam

use a functor parameterized by a KV module

nuke an existing db

A destroy function?

ocamldoc should reflect dbm's one regarding error cases

we miss a modify operation
