how to calculate current live segment cause when am choosing start number its giving 1 hour behind its not giving live
Add support for XSD dateTime parsing
Add support for parsing and (Un)marshalling support of xs:dateTime similar to xs:duration (xsd/duration.go).
Also apply the new types for e.g MPD.PublishTime or MPD.AvailabilityStartTime.
