Mutual Login Page

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

We need a login page that can be triggered as a contained view inside of a modal from various diff places in the landing page.

Describe the solution you'd like
A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.

We need both back-end support for the logging in and for signing up, plus front-end view to be rendered inside different modals when a certain state is active, ie the user is or is not logged in.
