There's been a murder in Terminal City, and TCPD needs your help.

To figure out whodunit, you need access to a command line.

Getting Started

  • Fork and clone this repo.
  • Once the repo has been cloned...
    • Open a Terminal
    • Go to the location of the files
    • Start by reading the file 'instructions'.

One way you can do this is with the command:

cat instructions
  • To get started on how to use the command line, open cheatsheet.md.
    • Again, you can use the cat command to do this
  • Don't use a text editor to view any files except these instructions, the cheatsheet, and hints.

Deliverables

  • Create a file called solution.txt in this repo
  • Copy/paste the following:
  1. The commands you used to get the solution (hint: run history for a list of the commands you ran).
  2. The name of the killer.
  • Commit your solution file
  • Push your changes to your forked repo
  • Create a pull request to submit your deliverable
