Feature Request: EB deploy does not deploy Git submodules under project root.

"eb deploy" does not archive submodules under a git repo from where eb deploy is issued. EB Deploy uses GIT ARCHIVE to create the repo archive at the HEAD (unless -staged option is provided). GIT ARCHIVE skips submodules when creating the code archive.

It will be nice to add a commandline option called --submodules to 'EB DEPLOY' so that 'EB DEPLOY' can also add submodules to the archive in the same directory when deploying code to AWS.
