Im not sure but... it seems like user-agent is returning bad results.

using provided wget 1.19 doesnt expand to anything and just dies...

tries setting 1.20 instead and... well, it got further, anyways (sorry i have yet to figure out what this thing does that i cant do some other way, but im interrested anyways!)

I have experienced issues relating to the User-Agent.

Quick lookup reveals related issues: #3, #4 & #6.

For the sake of curiosity and fun, I thought I could implement a new user-agent optional parameter with a programmatic default.

even i had updates wget still showing same error.
My envrironment - Ubuntu 16.04 amd64
