task:

1. The user should be able to see a list of all his to-dos, fetched from the JSON Placeholder API. Each todo must display:
   1. the title of the todo.
   2. an icon representing whether or not the todo is completed.
2. The user should be able to add new to-dos and see the list updated.
3. The user should be able to toggle the todo's completed status.
4. The user should be able to delete todos.

• Use create-react-app or any other React setup you desire.
• Use a CSS framework of your choice (bootstrap, bulma, etc). No react libs.
• Use any library you wish for requests (axios, fetch, etc).
• Use a router of your choice (react-router or any other).
• Use https://jsonplaceholder.typicode.com/ as an API.
