Tasks:

• Rename repo to presentations
• Move code into lambda-days-2021 dir
• Create new orphan branch published
• Create published git submodule in main that links to the published branch
• Add a top-level Makefile that cd s into presentation dirs, builds them, and then copies their output dir into presentations
• Publish Lambda Days talk

And then just re-use them for each presentation. Otherwise this repo will get unwieldy ...
