Detect "scale and rotation invariants" of this image using custom marker detection and draw a bounding box.

Implement a function in which you input an image and it does two things- returns an array containing coordinates of all detected corners and draws circles on these coordinates on the given image. Since we will probably not be required to tweak this corner detection algo, we don't need to understand it inside out. So let's say even if there is a predefined function in OpenCV that does this for you, then that works as well.
