观止的第三方UWP
观止是我的早期项目了，结构比较简单，功能也相对比较少，主要目的就是简简单单的每天读一篇文章。
不过后来做完后没什么可以添加的功能，于是项目搁置了相当长的一段时间。
前段时间整理项目时想重制，然后发现观止那边好像也开始随缘更新了，果然时间是第一大杀器。我也没了重制的冲动，于是开源给他人以参考。
